I was told several times by @karlpro, @joiito, @zefrank and @msurman to get my ideas out there as fast as possible and set them free kinda thing. Ok these wireframes/drawings were made circa2008 when I presented them to BBC as part of their new iptv concept category at miptv Millia in Cannes. ok, here we go…

This is an interface to remix online TV content streamed in. People can record, mix, remix, add sound, draw on top of TV content, etc…

Teevx Originally called Teevx, the goal is to let people re-edit online video content in real time, and more precisely if they want to, just like pros do it. Sharing and remixing the creations is facilitated, and encouraged.

How it works

You can watch video content, flip the channel of the internet, enter a keyword and video will start playing in your viewer. You can manipulate live the video, muting the sound, drawing on top of the video, even frame by frame animation is possible.

Remix

You can save your first mix and enter the second stage of this online video editing game. On the second console, you can refine your edit, add a soundtrack, modify it, add effects, titles, you can even enter a link to a podcast and the music will be added unto the video. Once you are done, you can share, and remix again and again.

You can search for TV content, and use the pen tool to draw on top of the video stream

You can Split screen, and play two video streams together

You can play reporter, and have your face in a mini square on left like this, and report from your living room!
