Selling all she got to move forward in life, change direction

“On June 1st, 2009 I’ll be packing a single bag and moving to Greensboro, Alabama.”

Which reminds me of this article I read earlier this week, by: Near Future Laboratory:

“In any case, this idea of shifting ones practice and area of activity is quite important. Following your curiosity rather than a career path/ladder/trajectory seems incredibly wise. To do otherwise, seems naive and thoughtless. Yes — the practicalities of life intrude. You need (more likely want) nice things that money buys. Money comes from jobs. More money comes from certain kinds of careers.”

Change of career and change of life.

Selling all you got and displaying it like Meagan Deal, is a form of art. E-commerce yourself to change lanes in life. Those words she says on the footer of her site: “By ridding myself of these possessions, I aim to both lighten my travel load and remove the obtrusive clutter from my everyday life.” It’s inspiring I found and felt the urge to blog about it.

Because I understand we are many (Deleuze too believes that) and that we can make many things, have multiple careers. I have many dreams and projects on future careers. It makes me happy to plan future selves and to research what I feel like learning and becoming.
Learning from life instead of going to school. Because in a way, depending on your awareness, real life is schooling you to become what ever you happen to be… With of course your personal effort of learning and making.
Movement. What are your thoughts?
